Presentation Instructions

All accepted papers must be presented orally. Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total, which includes both the talk and the Q&A session. Authors will have 10 minutes to deliver their presentation followed by 5 minutes for audience questions and discussion.

An LCD projector and a computer equipped with Windows 7, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available in each session room for presentations.

Visual Preparation

To ensure efficient use of time, please upload your PPT or PDF file using the provided link.

To avoid software compatibility issues with MS PowerPoint, speakers are strongly advised to embed all fonts in their PowerPoint file and also bring a backup version in PDF format.

Speakers must arrive at the session room 30 minutes before the session starts to report to the session chair. If another session is still in progress before your scheduled time, please wait until it concludes so as not to disturb ongoing presentations.
